Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with document intake, review, and organization
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into loan systems
- Communicate with clients to gather missing documentation or clarify information
- Support loan processors by tracking document status and maintaining up-to-date records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
