Cash Management Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Cash Management Specialist to join our team. This position is available in Yankton, Sioux Falls, or Mitchell. This person will cross-sell & provide support for Cash Management and Digital Banking related products & services targeted toward business and retail customers by performing the following duties. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Possesses a working knowledge of the Silverlake/Xperience software applications
- Possesses a working knowledge of the Cash Management Suite of products, and their corresponding web-based systems
- Establishes & supports Cash Management and retail Digital Banking customers
- Assists internal staff with their sales efforts to educate & inform customers about the benefits of our Cash Management & Digital Banking products & services
- Works within Deposit, Cash Management and Digital Banking guidelines to reduce risk and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations
- Recommends changes and additions to Cash Management and Digital Banking products & services to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability of establishment
- Generates and screens leads following established policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and product sales
- Calls and visits target customers to promote and sell established products and services.
- Promotes and cross-sells other established products and services as appropriate to customers, such as Business checking, Business credit card, and Digital Banking products/services, etc.
- Assists with Cash Management, Deposit and Digital Banking-related special projects.
- Actively utilizes and understands technology & devices related to Digital Banking services
- Provides support for escalated Cash Management & Digital Banking customer issues
- Assists with the review, monitoring and mitigation of risks to minimize losses to the Bank
- Assists with customer education and marketing of Cash Management and Digital Banking products/services to increase usage and adoption rates

- Education/Experience:
