Job Purpose:
To prepare files for closing and print documents necessary to the transaction. Responsibilities also include addressing requirements on assigned commitments and disbursing files. Additional responsibilities include assisting with post-closing activities and other office tasks as needed.
Essential Functions and Typical Tasks:
- Prepare, Close, and Disburse Real Estate Transactions, other Miscellaneous Office Tasks
Experience/Education/Skills:
Combination of education/experience and technical skills that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.

Ability to multi-task, handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the organization’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, etc. Travel to other closing locations as needed. Overtime and extended PC viewing and keyboarding required. Extended periods of sedentary work required.
