Job Requirements/Skills

- High School diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree in business, finance, and accounting a plus.
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Windows based spreadsheet and word processing programs.

- All aspects of checking/savings account maintenance including, but not limited to, processing new account documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, process account change requests, perform QA of changes, and assisting banking center staff.
- All aspects of customer information file maintenance including, but not limited to, processing address change forms, return mail, lost contact activities, combined statements, perform QA of changes, and assisting banking center staff.
- All aspects of CD/IRA account maintenance, including but not limited to, processing new account documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, process account change requests, maintain IRA plan information to ensure proper reporting, perform QA of changes, and assisting banking center staff.
- All aspects of exception processing, including but not limited to, account closure requests, NSF & rejected items, processing hold requests, QA of changes, and assisting banking center staff.
- All aspects of unclaimed property processing, including but not limited to, research of potentially unclaimed properties, preparing due diligence letters, assisting customers and branches with claims for unclaimed properties, and state reporting.
- All aspects of In/Out collections, including but not limited to: responding to account closure requests by mail and collection of check items outside of the standard return window.
