We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day HR functions and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This individual will be involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
