Summary:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Technology Business Office with technology resource oversight, KPI reporting, technology budgeting and forecasting, technology process documentation, and other ad hoc projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the oversight of technology resources.
- Assists in financial and resource allocation budget for technology resources.
- Gathers data for technology KPIs and prepares reporting for stakeholders.
- Liaisons with the Finance Department to facilitate periodic forecast and budget cycles for Technology.
- Participates in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.

Ability to comprehend and adhere to federal and state banking regulations, company policies and procedures, and successfully participate in regulatory and company training requirements via multiple and variable delivery methods.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor (4-year college) degree in Business, Finance, or similar discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong presentation (oral and written communication) skills
- Experience with MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
- Team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
