WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS THE MITIGATION MANAGER?
(Internally known as Senior Project Manager)
The Mitigation Manager is an integral part of our team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of mitigation projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You'll lead teams, manage large or high-priority projects, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership, clients, and partners to deliver excellence in disaster restoration.
- You'll lead with expertise - Manage mitigation teams, including Project Supervisors, APMs, and PMs, ensuring they meet goals through coaching, feedback, and cross-training.
- You'll drive quality - Enforce company and industry standards, maintain quality control assurance, and oversee compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.
- You'll innovate and problem-solve - Navigate crisis management and conflict resolution, monitor project margins and costs, and adapt to changing conditions to keep projects on track.
- You'll be hands-on - Oversee daily operations, documentation, and communication for assigned projects, ensuring timely and complete Daily Field Reports.

- You're experienced - With at least 5 years of experience in the water mitigation/restoration industry, you have advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements, as well as experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
- You're a leader - You have proven experience managing teams, setting goals, and providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure success.
- You're a problem-solver - Advanced skills in budgeting, cost control, and crisis management allow you to deliver safe and accurate project results.
- You're tech-savvy - Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project, as well as the ability to read Xactimate scopes and use First Onsite systems.
- You're calm under pressure - You understand the emergency nature of our business and respond with a sense of urgency, thinking critically and being decisive in high-pressure situations.
