- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
- Assist in financial sales by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
- Perform cash management tasks, ensuring accurate handling of cash transactions.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services or retail environments is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in financial software applications is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
