Clinical Supervisor

First Step Recovery is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Extended Care Programming to add to our growing team. The Clinical Supervisor will work with adults in need of addiction treatment in a residential agency setting.

Job performance includes but is not limited to diagnostic assessments, individual, group therapy, program development and work supervision. This position provides the opportunity for both direct services and program management.

FSR is an approved facility for STARLRP (Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program).

Requirements:

Ohio independent license required (LICDC, LPCC, or LISW)

Masters Degree
