Responsibilities
- Timekeeping Entry
- Coordinate with Superintendent / or Project Team for Quantities installed by EOD and upload
- Daily reports entry and superintend to PMs
- Print any required paperwork for Supers, Safety, and QC
- Check and send emails
- Timekeeping Audits
- Handle equipment maintenance calls
- Document control and revise document tracker to ensure the drawings are handed to correct department
- Take meeting notes / emails
- Administrative duties as needed
