Description:
Provide administrative support to all departments
SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Provide basic administrative support to departments as needed.
2. Maintain document control database, specifically ISO 9001 and 14001 documents.
3. Update department metrics as required
4. Provided phone coverage as needed .
5. Complete other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE
One to three years administrative environment
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers on technical and service issues.
- Ability to influence customers in product selection and delivery schedules.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
- Ability to use word processing, worksheet and database programs on a PC.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, and to participate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced.
- Commitment to company values, policies and principles.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fundamental project management.
- Knowledge of customer requirements.
- Knowledge of schedules and how to access schedules of customers.
- Possess a basic knowledge and fundamental understanding of AFS manufacturing structures.

- Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
