We're a well-established CPA firm looking for a part-time administrative team member.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Other clerical duties
Requirements:
- Computer skills and comfort with technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A team player, ready to jump in to support coworkers and willing take on new tasks
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience with data entry
