Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware according to restaurant standards.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Support kitchen staff with food handling tasks as required to ensure timely service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and food service operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
