Job Title: Caregiver / Home Health Aide
Salary: $17 - $25 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts (Full-time & Part-time available)

Are you a compassionate and reliable caregiver looking for a fulfilling job? We’re hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Waterbury, CT, and surrounding towns.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and handle light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments
- Monitor client well-being and report any concerns
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in caregiving (preferred, but not required)
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
