- You are an organized self-starter with a positive attitude?
- You have a valid D.L. and insured personal vehicle?
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?
- You have Home Care experience? (required)
- This is a part-time position, and specific hours and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process
- Support day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and filing.
- Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, including client care plans and caregiver assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency policies (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Visit client homes to do meet & greets, cover shifts, etc
- Assist caregivers in the field during high-demand situations or emergencies.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Support field staff with supplies, equipment, or guidance as required.
