What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Analyst position at firstPRO, Inc?
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support five days per week in Atlantic City, with regular travel to surrounding locations. This role involves troubleshooting Windows environments, Active Directory, mobile devices, and tablets while delivering excellent technical support and customer service. This is a 6 month consulting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and end-user support across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS and Active Directory issues.
- Support and configure mobile devices, tablets, and cellular technologies (iPads, iPhones, Android-based tablets).
- Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based hardware and software applications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
