Job Title: Director of Finance and Accounting (with a path to CFO)
Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite)
Compensation: Market value annual salary plus bonus and benefits
Scope of Position / Responsibilities
Reporting to the existing CFO, this role will have 2 direct reports and oversee all of accounting and finance activities including month end close and FP&A. Must be hands-on and comfortable supporting a startup environment. This role is 75% FPA and Operations, with 25% Accounting.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including a strong blend of FP&A and accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and executive leadership skills
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Experience with any ERP implementation is a plus
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
