The Property Accountant will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries, AP transactions, and bank reconciliations
- Analyze and investigate transactions and variances
- Preparing CAM reconciliations
- Collaborate with department to complete the financial close process
- Prepare and review deliverables to various external banks and financial institutions
- Reconcile transactions on the trial balance and verify the accuracy of data posted
The Property Accountant should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2 years of experience in property accounting
- Previous experience with Yardi a plus
