Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
