Overview :
This Accountant handles general accounting functions including accounts payable review, accounts receivable review, general ledgers, and assists in monthly closes. This position reports to Accounting Manager and / or Controller.
Responsibilities :
- Monthly review of assigned profit centers income statements.
- Analyzes and reconciles balance sheet accounts and takes ownership of differences and potential process changes.
- Provides assistance on the monthly close, interacting with various departments and levels of management.
- Prepares various financial reports for management and operations.
- Enters journal entries, coordinates accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Builds effective relationships with operation management.
- Participate in yearly external audits.
- Assists on projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $67,572.96- $90,097.28. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
