Job Title: Senior Director of Accounting and Finance
Location: Wellesley, MA (Hybrid 3 days per week, and flexible)
Compensation: Market value annual salary plus bonus and benefits
Scope of Position / Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and managing a 10-person team, this person will:
- Oversee all accounting functions and operations
- Oversee and manage the entire month-end closing process
- Oversee subledger processes
- Ensure compliance with both IFRS and GAAP
- Optimize financial processes and implement technology solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 10 years of experience
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP with IFRS accounting standards
