Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $65/hour with weekly compensation

Sr. Business Analyst/Technical Writer
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes, evaluate workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across teams to collect relevant information.
- Develop and maintain procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Manage the collection and review of portfolio executive stakeholder updates.
- Create user guides and training materials for software applications, systems, and processes.
- Proofread and edit internal and external communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Continuously assess business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to teams on software usage and process improvements.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in business analysis, documentation, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose solutions.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, process modeling, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Software Development Knowledge: Familiarity with databases, programming, system architectures, data modeling, and software development life cycles.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience using SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize systems.
- Experience creating clear, accurate, and structured documentation.
- Strong ability to communicate complex information effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
