Vice President of HR
firstPRO's client is seeking a VP of HR who will oversee three direct reports. The role will develop and direct the HR functions for the entire organization including benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and recruiting. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of supervisory experience.
**Role will report onsite 3 days a week and allow for 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and drive HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior management to define workforce requirements, ensuring HR practices support the company’s growth and strategic vision.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the HR team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively support the company’s HR needs.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.
- Manage executive and senior leadership recruitment, fostering diversity and inclusion.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Implement programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and maintain programs that foster employee recognition and development.
Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop leadership development programs to grow internal talent and prepare future leaders.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes.
Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws and regulations, applying them as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10 years HR experience
- 5 years supervisory experience
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
