We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at FirstService Residential. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring the security and safety of all individuals.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including daily reports and forms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
