**High-Rise Property Manager Opportunity for Luxury Condominium in on the beach Miami Beach, FL**
FirstService Residential Florida is actively hiring for a beautiful high-rise condominium . This is a new position will be supporting or General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property.
Salary: $100k-$110k/yr including a very robust benefits package.
Requirements:
1) Min 2-3 years of management in a high-end luxury condominium (Hospitality background is a plus)
2) Bilingual English & Spanish
2) CAM licensed or in process to obtain
4) Proficient with Microsoft Office
5) Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
6) Excellent interpersonal, office management and communications skills.
7) Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills.
