What does a great Professional Services Consultant (ACH/PEP+) do?
You will be key member of the Fiserv and client’s project team, by providing ACH/PEP+ processing expertise and business analysis support for Fiserv’s PEP+ product solution set.
As an Professional Services Consultant (ACH/PEP+), you can look forward to:
- Performing complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs of the ACH PEP+ operations processing environment per assigned bank client(s).
- Building detailed professional client facing documents which include Project Scope; Business Requirements; Gap Analysis; Test Plans; Test Scripts; Project Plans; Training Materials and additional documentation as needed.
- Presenting/Facilitating onsite or remote client facing meetings related to ACH PEP+ Project Lifecycle activities.
- Building functional documents with value directed toward customer deliverables and assistance in the implementation of Fiserv ACH PEP+ related products such as core PEP+, Direct, Exchange and PaymentView ACH.
- Maintaining, develop and deliver ACH PEP+ processing and product specific training to assigned bank clients.
- Providing ACH PEP+ processing operations expertise in identifying, evaluating and configuring applications and procedures based upon NACHA standards, bank client requirements and operating environment.
- Assisting in functional testing and support of Fiserv’s ACH PEP+ products already in production or being implemented.
- Making recommendations and process changes to improve ACH PEP+ processing for assigned banking client.
- Assisting in Sales calls and/or the creation and review of Fiserv’s ACH PEP+ product presentations.
- Identifying needs for PS Services or add-on modules leading to new sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining client relationships in a manner achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous ACH Business Analysis experience in an ACH business operations environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of bank or financial operations experience.
- High school diploma required
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ACH AAP certification.
- Prior Business Consulting experience a plus.
- Prior project execution oversite experience a plus.
