Senior Engineering Consultant
Reports To : Principal Engineer
Status : Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
Location : Palo Alto, CA
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Engineering Consultant manages FIT Solutions clients' organizations' computer systems, including software, hardware, and networks. The Senior Engineering Consultant is responsible for designing, installing, and supporting the entire system. Senior Engineers will contribute to the efficiency of services by supporting the completion of tickets.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Streamline clients through consultation and strategic technology planning to maintain client profitability.
- Expand existing relationships through proactive engineer consulting and problem-solving to generate new revenue and grow the business.
- Deliver Best in Class customer service to uphold raving fan culture.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems both onsite and remote.

Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and / or sitting
