Job Summary
Review of design and construction plans, preparation and review of project schedules, project budgeting, bid invitations, bid review and analysis, project close-outs, due diligence research, construction and consultant contract review, coordination and administration, entitlement and permit processing, project management, construction management and utility coordination as may be assigned by your supervisor. You will utilize Word and Excel as well as the Company’s MS Teams Management website. MS Project is encouraged but is not a requirement
Office is in Irvine, CA. Manage projects in CA, AZ, WA, OR
Some travel required.
