Network Development Associate (SEASONAL)

The Network Development Associate’s mission is to build out new networks of studios and gyms across the United States while developing lasting relationships along the way. This person will be assigned the top places to workout in key cities and regions by creating relationships with studios owners & local fitness leaders as well as educating them on how FitOn Health’s flexible fitness currency will make a positive impact to their business by creating access to health insurance dollars. This is largely accomplished through outbound sales efforts including calls and emails.

This is a remote position, candidate may work from anywhere in the US. Please note that this is a seasonal position with the potential for full time if business needs change. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve FitOn Health sales and revenue goals by acquiring new studios and gyms to the FitOn Health wellness network
• Utilize advanced consultative selling skills to identify and obtain new accounts and drive the growth of FitOn Health.
• Outbound sales efforts resulting in 115 calls and/or 2.5 hours of talk time per day and 50 emails 
• Minimum goal of 25 Studio pass-offs per month
• Complete administrative duties to build out new locations within our backend system
• Own the contracting process through completion with all prospective partners
• Track all communications through FitOn Health provided CRM
• Acquire all necessary information to onboard new wellness partners so FitOn Health users can utilize their studio/gym
• Cold calling and emailing future partners to sell the concept of FitOn Health
• Ensure continuous update of knowledge and understanding of FitOn Health's strategies, capabilities, products, and services

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 years of sales experience with the majority of this coming from remote work
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective external and internal relationships in a remote organization
• Experience working with a CRM 

NICE TO HAVES:

• Knowledge of health, wellness, fitness and insurance industry and multi-state account expertise
• Remote working experience
• Experience with HubSpot CRM/Zendesk

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field

The salary range for this position is $23-26 hourly
