As a Club Sales Manager at FITWORKS, you are an integral component to the overall success of the business. The Club Sales Manager drives sales for the Club, coaches Fitness Sales Team Members to success, and emanate a sales culture.
Job Description:
- Manage and drive multiple revenue streams for your Club including membership, personal training, rehab and recovery services, wellness services, corporate memberships, and POS sales.
- Assigns individual sales goals for team based on Club goals and creates a roadmap to achieving success.
- Build daily Club reports and hold people accountable
- Track leads, guests, and interface with CRM daily
- Coaches and develops new team members for those that may be struggling.
- Ensures cleanliness of Club
- Cultivate customer relationships, including Corporate memberships
- Responsible for sales hiring/termination.
- Excellent communication
