What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Keep prospects engaged and schedule qualified appointments Follow up strategically to maximize show rates
- Work fast, think on your feet, and control the call

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
- Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Other office administrative duties and assistant to owner in day to day operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
