Position Overview:
Five Star Mitsubishi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Department Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by handling all incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Answer all incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about the services offered by the dealership.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule service appointments in line with departmental guidelines and technician availability.
- Confirm and update customer appointment details in the system.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up calls and service reminders.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize downtime for customers.
- Communicate customer needs or special requests to the service team effectively.
- Performance Goals:
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as call response time, appointment scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with automotive services is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools.
