Duties

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management, preferably in a quick service fast food environment.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and food handling regulations.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with shift management and scheduling is highly desirable.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
