Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a Service Technician Manager to join our team! As a key leader in our organization, you will oversee and support a team of skilled service technicians to ensure that our coffee equipment is maintained and serviced to the highest standards. If you have a strong background in technical service, team leadership, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of service technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of coffee equipment at customer locations.
- Ensure all service technicians are properly trained on new equipment and company procedures.
- Manage service schedules and ensure timely responses to service requests.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of service, resolving any issues or escalations promptly.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to align on customer needs and service expectations.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop technicians to improve their skills and career growth.
- Oversee inventory management for spare parts and ensure service vehicles are properly stocked and maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coffee equipment and industry trends to ensure exceptional service and innovation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, particularly with coffee equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team and interact with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and priorities.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for team efficiency and service quality.
- Experience with inventory management and maintaining accurate service records.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
