Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:
As a Content Creator at Flag Nor Fail, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the brand’s visual identity through photography, videography, and digital media. From planning and executing product shoots to capturing behind-the-scenes moments at events, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand content that engages and inspires our audience. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll ensure that all content aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and vision while staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Photography & Videography – Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, models, and events in studio settings and on location.
- Content Production – Produce digital images and videos that can be quickly edited and made web-ready for social media, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce.
- Pre-Production & Shoot Planning – Coordinate and prepare for shoots, ensuring all elements are in place for a seamless production process.
- Editing & Post-Production – Take projects from ideation to completion, including editing and preparing final files for posting or presentation.
- Equipment & Studio Management – Maintain photo/video equipment, props, and studio cleanliness to ensure a
streamlined creative workflow.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop on-brand product and promotional content.
- Lifestyle & Social Content Creation – Design and create compelling lifestyle imagery and video content for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Brand Development – Ensure all content aligns with Flag Nor Fail’s aesthetic and messaging, while pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements:
- Strong digital photography and videography skills, with a solid understanding of lighting and composition.
- Experience working with both natural and studio lighting in various shooting environments.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and Mac OS.
- 1 years of experience as a content creator, photographer, or videographer.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong awareness of social media and design trends, with an eye for what resonates with audiences.
- Detail-oriented and able to take creative direction while also contributing fresh ideas.
- Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Additional Details:
Location: On-site in Kalispell, Montana
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary starts at $70,000 annually (scalable depending on skill)
