We are currently looking for someone who has these skills, and has experience that we can verify.

- Advanced computer skills. This is crucial. Must be able to navigate a mac computer and various software programs.
- Advanced user of excel
- Working knowledge of Dropbox and Google Drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette/customer service, be able to keep your cool.
- A team player with the ability to take directions from owners, Director of Operations and act professionally and be courteous to Window Cleaning Technicians and disgruntled customers when warranted.
- Sales support or hospitality experience is a very beneficial
Some specific job responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to:
- Provide Sales Support to the Director of Operations
- Maintain local employee information and manage digital/paper files
- Invoicing / Billing / Closing out jobs
- Insurance COI requests
- Complete Customer Onboarding process – Complete Vendor profiles / Customer communication
- Develop a working knowledge of our scheduling and invoicing software
- Answer customer phone calls and email requests - Coordinate and create daily schedule
- Manage assets and inventory
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Reconciles payments and deposits to bank
- Employee Support / Human Resources
- Responsible for new hire process and drug screens
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office weekly
Some college or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
5 years office administration / management experience in the service industry, construction industry, etc is a must.
Must have excellent computer skills and able to learn how to navigate our CRM software quickly.
Prefer many years of experience with accounts payable and receivable. Experience with sales or hotel management is a huge benefit.
