Coordinate the opening, transitioning and functioning operation of Flat Branch’s over 55 locations by assisting Facilities Manager. Candidates within driving distance of Jefferson City, MO will be considered as this position does require in office attendance.

Coordinate the opening, transitioning and functioning operation of Flat Branch’s over 55 locations by assisting Facilities Manager. Candidates within driving distance of Jefferson City, MO will be considered as this position does require in office attendance.
Responsibilities: (including, yet not limited to)
Opening
- Work with realtor and Growth Team to find office space in growth locations
- Work with Accounting on lease amounts and terms
- Work with Compliance team on lease terms and signing
- Work with contractor and office furniture company for buildout in accordance with company standard issue requirements
- Insure proper company signage, compliance and HR postings are in each new location
- Order initial supplies and décor
- Coordinate move if applicable
- Work with Compliance team to insure business licenses for each locations are valid
- Audit business property amounts
- Respond to office inquires on plumbing, electrical and other maintenance needs
- Insure work is done in a timely manner
- Audit appearance and safety of offices
- Work with landlords on maintenance agreements
- Approve supplies orders
- Make copies of keys
- Log parking passes
- Coordinate with vendors:
- Cleaners
- Shred
- Drinking water
- Coffee
- Pest control
- Postage
- Set and audit Standard Issue supplies and furniture
- Inventory mass amounts of office supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, must be able to juggle tasks and deadlines
- Experience working with vendors and contractors (preferred, not required)
- Negotiation and budgeting skills
- Spread company culture to each location
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Up to 25% travel may be required throughout the year, as needed.
