Host - Flatiron Grille

Flatiron Grille is currently looking for friendly and service-minded individuals who have a passion for excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of restaurant hospitality and the desire to deliver an exceptional dining experience to each guest.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greeting and seating guests with a smile in a friendly and timely manner

Effectively managing wait lists during high volume to ensure accurate guest expectations

Willingly and graciously accommodating guest requests

Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in POS systems
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience
- Ability to handle guest relations with hospitality
- Organizational skills for efficient service

The successful candidate will be professional in appearance and demeanor and have excellent communication and organization skills.
