We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The Estimator/Project Manager will bid, capture, and manage specific dollar amounts of profitable work in our target markets and industries. A successful candidate will be able to balance their time between all duties and responsibilities to perform effectively within the team. This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for clients, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Work with Operations Team to schedule project starts and timelines
- Assist with managing capital improvements on industrial buildings
- Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address project requirements and changes
- Visit projects during construction to review actual performance vs. estimated to enhance future estimates
- Ensure the confidentiality of company records and information at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
