Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver, Account Representative, and Event Set-Up Specialist. This multi-faceted role combines logistics, customer relationship management, and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Driver

• Safely and efficiently deliver products (e.g., beverages, merchandise) to various locations, including retail stores, farmers markets, and event venues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and quality control.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Communicate with the team and customers to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues.

2. Account Representative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, vendors, and event organizers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide product information, take orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

3. Farmers Market and Event Set-Up

• Transport and set up booths, displays, and equipment for farmers markets, festivals, and other events.
• Ensure the event space is visually appealing, organized, and stocked with products.
• Engage with customers at events, providing product samples, answering questions, and completing sales.Manage inventory at events and provide accurate sales reports.
• Break down and pack up event setups, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and transported back to the company.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have clean driving record/background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
