Established security company seeking a Service Coordinator that serves as a key point of contact within their Service Department and manages customer communication, conduct account research, service scheduling and provide support to other internal team members and external customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Main point of contact for internal and external customers within Service Department
- Prioritizes and schedule service calls to ensure appointments run smoothly.
- Manage the Service Technicians daily schedules, including coordinating return visits with customers.
- Update customer files in database.
- Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that customers experience.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service providing tech support preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate in a Windows environment
- Ability to provide customer with paperwork and pricing for repairs in a timely manner
