Job Position: General Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: WEEKLY PAY
Payrate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour Shifts
Description of work:
- Laborers are focused on the general upkeep and maintenance of our yard/site.
- Must be able to function a smart device and adapt to our routing/inventory technology.
- Must possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- A typical workday for our drivers begins at 7:00 am or as required by site location.
- Required work hours are determined based on local legal limits. Work hours vary by route and are typically 8-10 hours per day.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pressure washing (80%) and repairing, sorting, inspecting, and plastic welding (if needed) of waste/recycling containers (20%)
- Inventory management of waste/recycling containers (includes data entry)
- Loading/unloading waste/recycling containers.
- Operating forklifts
- Occasionally operate a company vehicle (16 ft box truck) to assist delivery drivers if needed.
Physical Requirement:
- Requires pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
- Pushing or pulling up to 450 pounds on wheels.
