Job Summary


We are seeking a Sales Development Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily performance of our Sales Development team. The Manager will be responsible for coaching and supporting SDRs in their outbound lead generation efforts, ensuring that performance metrics are met, and assisting with managerial and operational duties related to the team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about developing sales talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed company targets for SDR team
  • Provide & implement solutions to resolve issues keeping the team from hitting their targets
  • Supervise and support the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in their daily activities, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to drive team success.
  • Have strong cross-department collaboration with Marketing and Rev Ops.
  • Have an understanding of managing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor team metrics, provide coaching, and assist in performance evaluations.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database (SFDC) and oversee lead tracking.
  • Assist in training and managing SDRs, helping them develop skills and understand best practices.
  • Support/create sales initiatives by coordinating outreach campaigns and optimizing processes.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with SDRs to improve effectiveness.
  • Participate in weekly Sales Meetings, Pipeline & Activity Reviews, and Competitor Knowledge discussions


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a top performer in a sales development or business development role.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC) and sales engagement tools (Gong).
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A People Person
