About the Role:
Client is seeking a dynamic Global Events Program Manager to lead and scale our internal events program. You will develop policies and processes, manage event execution globally, and ensure exceptional experiences for employees across all locations. This role is highly cross-functional and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic, engaging events that reflect client's culture and values.
- Manage all NYC-based event requests from end-to-end.
- Deliver white-glove planning support for events with 50 attendees, ensuring top-tier hospitality and flawless execution.
- Lead a team of contingent event specialists: host weekly meetings, oversee timecards, and manage hiring/contract renewals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Workplace, AV, Security, IT, Employee Resource Groups, and leadership for seamless event planning and execution.
- Maintain a centralized global events database with analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage large-scale, high-impact global events including timelines, budgets, resourcing, and execution.
- Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent quality and scalability.
- Support global ticketing queues during peak event days to maintain responsiveness and service continuity.
- Act as project manager for company milestone events including the anniversary celebration and End-of-Year party.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in event program management, facilities, office management, workplace services, or customer service.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, large-scale events, and strategic planning.
