- Salary midpoint: $110,000 - $128,000 annually
- Annual Bonus: 15% paid out each March
- Referral Bonus: $500
SUMMARY:
This remote position will team with senior level attorneys to represent its clients and/or its policyholders in in workers' compensation litigation primarily through settlement while assisting senior attorneys with discovery, trial, and appeal, and issuing advisory opinions on legal issues, including issues of policy inception and coverage as appropriate.
Essential duties will be discussed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Juris Doctor Degree - Licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri
Licenses
• A valid drivers’ license is required.
Experience:
• A minimum of one year of experience of trial, administrative hearings, appellate, or workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Five years of law experience in Work Comp preferred.
Note: Some travel will be required. The position is remote with the exception of docket appearances, depositions, etc.
Salary : $110,000 - $128,000
