Our client is an established Property & Casualty insurance agency in Eau Claire, and they are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team. Skills you need to possess are those of being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and to have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The ability to multi-task and set priorities while being customer friendly are crucial attributes in this role. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Duties:
Phone/service work including providing quotes
- Process policy changes
- Take payments
- Troubleshooting customer questions
