What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/ Title Administrator position at Flexco Fleet Services?
Flexco is an asset management company that provides a wide range of vehicle remarketing, transportation services and title services to corporations and fleet management companies nationwide. We are looking for a full time individual to add to our exceptional Title Team. Requirements for the position are as follows:
Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
Ability to work in an extremely fast-pace environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Skilled with web-based applications
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Team player
Detail-oriented (high attention to detail is a MUST)
Service-oriented (we are a customer focused company)
Ability to work with little supervision, but confident to ask questions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience a must
Previous automotive title experience is a plus (not required)
We are a fun, casual office that is currently working in a hybrid working environment (remote and in-office). All training for the position will be done in-office. We work Monday through Thursday in-office with Fridays being remote/ work-from-home.
