We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems such as ADP and PeopleSoft to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop succession planning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored support.
- Assist in technical recruiting efforts for specialized roles within the company.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate communication between staff and management.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software such as ADP, PeopleSoft, and Paychex is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong relationship management abilities to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of succession planning processes to support workforce development initiatives.
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
