Respiratory Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance, with experience in utilizing precision measuring instruments and quality control processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced office setting, preferable within the DME (Durable Medical equipment) industry or medical setting
• A professional positive demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow up
• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment of any weight up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic MS word, outlook, and excel skills (Pivot Tables)
• Bachelors degree in business, medical field, or related industry preferred
• Knowledge with Brightree software is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversees and checks daily service associate activities
• Ensures new clients are called and orders are processed correctly
• Setup proper training when necessary.
• Support Service associates with questions, answers, and corrections=
• Maintain work schedule for the service associates
• Oversee the monitoring of CPAP/BiPAP patient compliance
• First-line resolution of customers, referral complaints and special requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
