As a Customer Service Representative, you will sit at the front desk, help customers and assist with all daily office tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones
- Greet walk-in traffic / visitors
- Answer customer questions
- Respond to emails
- Schedule appointments
- Create reports
- All day-to-day tasks for the office
Benefits :
General Information :
Hours : 36 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm and Friday 8 : 30am-12 : 30pm
Length : Temporary to Hire, potentially Direct Hire
Pay : $20 / hour-$22 / hour, based on experience
